About Dr. Millet

Dr. Millet received his Doctor of Medicine degree from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans in 1991.

He completed his internship and residency in psychiatry at Duke University Medical Center in 1995. During the last year of his residency he served as chief resident in psychiatry at the Durham VA Medical Center.

Dr. Millet was recently elected to the status of Distinguished Fellow in the American Psychiatric Association.

He is board certified in Adult Psyschiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.

He is a member of the American Psychiatric Association and the North Carolina Psychiatric Association.

He is on the consulting clinical faculty of Duke University Medical Center in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences.

On a personal note, Dr. Millet is an avid outdoorsman, dividing his time between his practice and his farm in Hillsborough.
